Never pay any type of upfront fee to get rid of an unwanted timeshare. These companies want to convince you that your ownership is absolutely worthless, and that you need to pay thousands of dollars in advance fees to have them take over your ownership.. They then take these properties and sell them for $1. on websites such as eBay.. If you are absolutely desperate to be rid of the unwanted week- save your cash and place an ad on eBay yourself. If it doesn't sell the first time, try again.. You can buy plenty of ads for $2500 to $3500! Another option is to try and contact a respected brokerage specializing in timeshare resales. The Progressive Real Estate Agency accepts both standard listings as well as liquidation listings (for resorts with little resale value) and never requires any type of upfront fee! A legitimate broker or reseller only gets paid at closing! There are literally thousands of timeshare scams right now, simply preying on consumers who don't understand how the secondary market works.. Before making any decision- take the time to do some online research and learn as much as possible to protect yourself from scams! Visit these sources for free information: http://www.vacation-times.org/ http://www.vacationbetter.org/selling-your-timeshare http://www.progressiveresales.com/timeshare_resales_scams.htm http://www.timeshareforums.com http://www.myfloridalegal.com/timeshares Good luck!

This is a company I have not heard of, so I would simply urge you to exercise caution and use good old fashioned common sense. As a rule of thumb, most experts warn consumers to avoid paying any type of upfront fee to sell an unwanted timeshare. The sale process for a deeded timeshare should proceed in much the same was a a residential sale. Any seller funds should be deducted from your proceeds at closing. A skeleton guideline of the normal sales process is at http://progressiveresales.com/timeshare_sale_process.htm The Florida Attorney General has a page dedicated to timeshares, with helpful information on how to avoid common timeshare scams. Visit http://myfloridalegal.com/timeshares If you are paying this company to take the timeshare out of your name, you may also want to insist on using an independent third party closing company to hold escrow and process the transfer documents. This way, your money will be safe until the transfer is actually completed. Make sure you've done your research fully before resorting to this type of liquidation. While the resale market is in horrendous shape- some resales and give aways are still occurring!

I wish I had read these reviews before we did indeed pay upfront to Transfer On the Spot, to get rid of our Timeshare. It has been 2 years, many requests for more paperwork from Pacific Transfer, the company they contract with to do the paperwork. We are now again being billed for the maintenance fee (the contract clearly stated that the company would take over all such). I hope nobody else uses this company. Does anyone have ideas on how to get them to comply with their money-back guarantee, or complete the deal?

These days Most people like playing casinos. I also like it. By living in Greece I have observed that here people are having a great craze for casino games. I also got this source https://gamblingorb-gr.com/kazino-online/ta-kalytera/ Where maximum people select trustworthy games and then make money. They always select the game by checking its reviews and ratings.
